GOOGLE ADS/PPC MANAGER

The Google Ads Campaign Manager is responsible for implementing Pay Per Click media strategies for clients of AAMP Agency. This position will collaborate with the Marketing team to gather information on marketing campaigns, client updates, and reporting. The PPC Managers are also responsible for creating organic results for paid search campaigns on multiple media channels, maintain PPC accounts on ad platforms like Google Adwords, and optimizing targeted keywords for campaigns to ensure the campaign reaches the targeted audience.

High-level Responsibilities:
• Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
• Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
• Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords)
• Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
• Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
• Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
• Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
• Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
• Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
• Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
• Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
• Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends

Team lead Responsibilities:
Managing a team of PPC specialists involves more than just overseeing individual campaign performance. • Coordinate with other departments or teams to ensure seamless integration of PPC campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
• Implement project management tools or systems to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.

3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
• Regularly review individual and team performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in optimizing campaigns, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices.
• Encourage experimentation and testing of new strategies or techniques to drive better results.

4. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing updates on campaign performance, and strategy recommendations, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Collaborate with account managers or client services teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and PPC strategies.
• Conduct regular client meetings or check-ins to review campaign performance, discuss strategy adjustments, and gather feedback.

• Stay informed about industry trends, updates to ad platforms, and emerging technologies in PPC and digital marketing.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team through regular meetings, brainstorming sessions, and shared learning resources.

CONTENT WRITER

This is a critical and unique function to the business's success as, in most cases, Content Writers will create, review, and edit various forms of copy for AAMP clients. Content writers create engaging and optimized text content for various platforms, from blogs to website content. This position will collaborate with the Senior Creative Operations Manager, Content Strategist, and other team members to gather campaign information, client updates, and reporting. Content Writers will deeply understand the clients' campaigns, markets, and goals. Those in this position will use project management and various tools and work with other team members to achieve the assigned clients' monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Responsibilities
Work with Creative Operations Manager and Content Strategist to ensure content aligns with dedicated marketing and content plans.
Work with other remote content writers to review and edit written assignments, ensuring all materials adhere to client brand tone and guidelines.
Conceptualize, create, and deploy engaging text, image, and video content to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new services/products. This includes creating copy for avenues such as websites, blogs, email newsletters, SEO attributes, and other designated projects.
Stay up-to-date with search engine optimization (SEO) changes and trends, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Oversee assigned clients’ written content and utilize best practices to increase clients’ brand awareness and reach.
Occasionally communicate with clients to ensure content meets the client’s standards.
Ensure all data, client information, and reports are properly maintained and updated in the clients’ folder.
Stay updated on any news about accounts, and utilize trends and technologies to increase brand awareness.
Gain in-depth knowledge of AAMP’s products and technologies, verticals served, accounts, competitors, industry trends, etc.
Edit and proofread copy as needed.
Use SEO principles to maximize copy.

Requirements
Knowledge of best search engine optimization (SEO) principles
Proven track record in Content Writing or related experience in the Tours, Attractions, and Leisure Experiences field.
Able to demonstrate an understanding of content marketing and its various components.
Ability to oversee the onboarding, creating, and deploying content writing assignments.

PAID ADS MANAGER

This is a critical function to the business's success as, in most cases, the Paid Social Manager will oversee the deployment, optimization, and management of paid campaigns for clients. The Paid Social Manager will work with Account Managers and the Senior Creative Operations Manager, as well as manage a small team of paid social media buyers to create effective paid ads that support the objectives of the marketing plans. The Paid Social Manager will deeply understand the clients' campaigns, markets, and goals. Ads Managers will use project management and paid advertising platforms and work with other team members to achieve the assigned clients' monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Responsibilities
Work with the Senior Creative Operations Manager and Account Managers to establish marketing plans and goals.
• Manage a small team of paid social media buyers.
• Occasionally recruit and interview employees for the paid social team.
• Collaborate with the project manager and development team to ensure all campaign materials and assets support the marketing plan and objectives.
• Ensure all data, client information, and reports are properly maintained and updated in the clients’ folder.
• Oversee the deployment, optimization, and management of paid campaigns on social platforms such as Meta/Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Set regular meetings with the Sr. Creative Operations Manager and Account Managers to provide regular updates on campaign progress.
• Implement strategic marketing tactics with the goal of achieving 10x ROI on client campaigns.
• Occasionally meet with clients to discuss strategies, ROI, and gain in-depth knowledge of their products.

DIGITAL MARKETER

The Digital Marketer is responsible for overseeing a company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies and marketing plans. Your duties include analyzing data, identifying trends, providing oversight of organic social media campaigns, and assisting planning marketing campaigns to help support the clients goals. This position will report to the Senior Creative Operations Manager, and collaborate with Account Managers and other team members to gather information on marketing campaigns, client updates, and reporting. Digital Marketers will deeply understand the clients' campaigns, markets, and goals. Those in this position will use project management and scheduling platforms, and work with other team members to achieve the assigned clients' monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. In this position, Digital Marketers will also work closely with Social Media Managers to ensure content aligns with planned initiatives set by the Content Strategist, Sr. Creative Ops Mgr., and client.

Responsibilities

Oversee social media content created by other assigned team members.
Occasionally communicate with clients to ensure content meets the client’s standards.
Ensure all data, client information, and reports are properly maintained and updated in the clients’ folder.
Stay updated on any news about accounts, and utilize trends and technologies to increase brand awareness.
Gain in-depth knowledge of AAMP’s products and technologies, verticals served, accounts, competitors, industry trends, etc.
